Rad Club Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership Eligibility:

    Membership in the Rad Club rewards program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Membership is void where prohibited by law.

2. Enrollment:

  • Customers are automatically enrolled in the Program when making a purchase online.

  • In-store enrollment is available at all Fat Puku’s locations. Ask our staff at the point of purchase to join the Program.

3. Earning Points:

  • Members earn one point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases at Fat Puku’s.

  • Points are inclusive of cents and GST.

  • Points are not earned on tax, tips, or when purchasing with Program rewards or other discounts.

4. Point Redemption:

  • Points are redeemable towards future purchases at Fat Puku’s.

  • Every 100 points accrued entitles you to a $10 discount on your next order, up to a maximum of 100 points ($10) per transaction.

  • Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

5. Reward Tiers:

  • Points can be used for discounts on eligible purchases or to redeem for “free items” as specified in ongoing promotional offers.

  • Promotion-specific terms and expiry will be stated clearly in the offers.

6. Special Promotions:

  • The Program may offer double points on specific days or during special promotional periods, which will be communicated through our website, app notifications, and marketing communications.

7. Communication:

  • By participating in the Program, members agree to receive marketing communications via email, SMS, in-app messages, and push notifications about promotions, surveys, news, and competitions.

8. Opt-Out:

  • Members may opt out of the Rad Club at any time by visiting any Fat Puku’s location or by using the specific opt-out link provided in the rewards program email.

9. General Conditions:

  • Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

  • Points are non-transferable and are credited to the member’s account only.

  • Fat Puku’s reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend the Program and its terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • Misuse of the Program or failure to follow terms may result in revocation of membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.

10. Privacy Policy:

  • The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program is subject to our privacy policy.
